Crockpot Christmas Jam is a sweet-tart, spiced fruit preserve made with cranberries, strawberries, and warm holiday spices. Perfect for gifting or holiday breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • 1 pouch liquid fruit pectin (3 oz)

Instructions

  • Add cranberries, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves to crockpot. Stir to combine.

  • Cook on high for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally. Mash fruit for desired consistency.

  • Stir in liquid pectin. Cook for 15 more minutes.

  • Test for thickness using a chilled plate.

  • Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.

  • Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks or water-bath can for shelf storage.

Notes

For added flavor, include orange zest or juice. Adjust spices to your preference. Use low-sugar pectin and reduce sugar for a lighter version.
