2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, hulled)
3 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 pouch liquid fruit pectin (3 oz)
Add cranberries, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cloves to crockpot. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally. Mash fruit for desired consistency.
Stir in liquid pectin. Cook for 15 more minutes.
Test for thickness using a chilled plate.
Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks or water-bath can for shelf storage.
For added flavor, include orange zest or juice. Adjust spices to your preference. Use low-sugar pectin and reduce sugar for a lighter version.
