Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken is a creamy, slow-cooked comfort dish featuring tender chicken in a rich garlic and Parmesan sauce — perfect over pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 46 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or basil (for garnish)

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, baby spinach, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • In a bowl, whisk together broth, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and extra seasoning until mostly smooth.

  • Place chicken in crockpot. Pour sauce over top.

  • Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2½–3½ hours, until chicken is tender.

  • Shred or slice chicken and stir back into sauce.

  • Garnish with parsley or basil and serve hot.

Notes

Add spinach or mushrooms during the last hour for extra flavor. Use a cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce if needed. Great over pasta or cauliflower mash.
