Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken is a creamy, slow-cooked comfort dish featuring tender chicken in a rich garlic and Parmesan sauce — perfect over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4–6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley or basil (for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes, baby spinach, mushrooms
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a bowl, whisk together broth, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and extra seasoning until mostly smooth.
Place chicken in crockpot. Pour sauce over top.
Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2½–3½ hours, until chicken is tender.
Shred or slice chicken and stir back into sauce.
Garnish with parsley or basil and serve hot.
Add spinach or mushrooms during the last hour for extra flavor. Use a cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce if needed. Great over pasta or cauliflower mash.
