1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1–2 tbsp gochujang or chili garlic sauce (to taste)
3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tbsp neutral oil
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
